Come out on Monday, September 26th, at 7 p.m. to support Slow Food NYC while enjoying oysters and great craft beer. Guest chef Tristan Lowery will be preparing a four-course pairing menu with oysters grown and shucked by our great friend, Karen Rivara, from Shellfisher Perserve out on Long Island. The menu will include:
- Raw oysters (Peconic Pearls and Mystics) with ginger-leek mignonette
- Pumpkin and oyster soup, paired w/Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
- Pork belly with oysters, paired with Schlenkerla “Krausen” Smoked Lager
- And a dessert paired with Sixpoint 90211 Porter
