While green beer may be on short supply, Jimmy’s No. 43 will have plenty to make up for it with our Dieu du Ciel weekend, featuring some of the most amazing beer on Earth! Among the offerings will be a $45 prix fixe (one seating at 6 p.m., tickets are available or pay at the door; reservations recommended) along with a la carte offerings from the following:
- Peche Mortel Bourbon (bourbon barrel aged version; coffee imperial stout)
- Blanche Neige (strong Belgian wit with cinnamon and cloves 8% ABV – offered with prix fixe)
- L’Herbe a Detourne (tripel with Citra hops)
- Rigor Mortis ABT (10.5% ABV Quadruple – offered with prix fixe)
- Rigor Mortis Blonde (abbey blonde)
- Pénombre (black IPA with a 6% ABV – offered with prix fixe)
- Baraque (American pale ale)
- Basse Messe (Kolsch)

You can also meet the Dieu du Ciel team starting Saturday at 4 p.m. Dieu du Ciel will be available in the bottle and on draft all weekend.
