Who doesn’t loves duck… Duck Confit, Peking Duck, Duck Tacos, Duck Ragu, Duck Tagine! At our annual Duck-off competition, we team with Slow Food NYC to bring professional and amateur chefs serving up all manner of creative, delectable duck dishes. Hudson Valley Duck Farm will offer their delicious duck charcuterie, including duck prosciutto, smoked duck, and duck rillete.
If you love duck, then DUCK-OFF! is the place to be. DUCK-OFF! is sponsored by Slow Food NYC friends, Hudson Valley Duck Farm and Jimmy’s No. 43.
