If you haven’t already tried this delectable libation, you’re in for a serious treat tonight when Michael Fairbrother and Berniece Van Der Berg of Moonlight Meadery come to Jimmy’s No. 43 with some of their award-winning meads.
Starting at 6:30 p.m. tonight, Moonlight Meadery will be sampling 10+ meads, talking about life at one of the fastest growing meaderies, and offering additional meads for purchase. They aren’t available in many NYC outlets, so this is your chance to try this elixir that is one of the earliest fermented drinks humans consumed.
