Join Food Karma Projects on September 7, 2019 for the 10th annual Pig Island NYC. More than 20 chefs will come together on the Red Hook, Brooklyn Waterfront to compete for the best pork creations. The mission of this event has always been to connect NYC chefs with small sustainable farms including Flying Pigs Farm in Washington County, NY.
