We’ve been getting a lot of good press this week! On top of a NY Times‘ feature on nanobrewers, our good pal Josh Bernstein wrote up a profile on the husband and wife brew team behind today’s Thursday Tap™: Grimm Artisanal Ales. To our knowledge, the Couple Grimm have no relation to the Fairy Tale brothers, but their homebrew story culminates at 5 p.m. this evening with the official launch of From The Hip, a Belgian-style golden ale (7% ABV), which is being sold in limited quantities in only a handful of NYC bars. We’re happy to have Joe and Lauren with us this evening, and can’t wait to see what other beers they come up with in the coming months.
