We have a great line-up planned for tonight’s Tuesday Tasting. Show up at 7:30 p.m. (please be prompt; latecomers may not find a seat!), and for $20 you get six samples from this incredible line up of interesting and unusual beers:
- Sierra Nevada Summerfest – Sierra Nevada’s take on a golden lager: clean & crisp with a nice hop profile.
- Mahr’s Ungespundent – Unfiltered pilsner from Germany. Light and refreshing with a nice yeast complexity.
- Timothy Taylor Landlord – a true English Bitter. Nice caramel malt backbone & with a grassy hop finish.
- Uerige Sticke – the original Dusseldorf Altbier. Light on the palate with a charred malt flavor and aromas of dried fruits.
- Lagunitas IPA – a classic west-coast IPA, with flavors and aromas of pine and citrus with a bitter finish.
- Grando Plato Strada San Felice – an Itlian Doppelbock brewed with chestnut honey that gives it a sweet flavor without being overdone. The malt backbone brings forth a deep amber color with flavors and aromas of figs and roasted nuts.
See you tonight at Jimmy’s No. 43 (regular bar service also available).
