As a part of Meat Week NYC 2012, Jimmy’s No. 43 will be celebrating with Christian Drouin of B. United with an all-beef cider and beer pairing dinner. Tonight, November 5th, at 7 p.m., Christian will pair some of favorite ciders (with a few of our favorite craft brews thrown in) with a five-course beef-centric menu to include (subject to change):
- Beef Carpaccio with wild watercress, roasted pears
- Beef Shabu with dried anchovies and Sriracha
- Queso chorizo, a spicy ground beef with melted cheddar
- Flank steak “chimichurri”
- Rustic apple tart w/beef fat crust
Some of the ciders Christian will be pouring (subject to availability):
- Christian Drouin Pays D’Auge Cider
- Cidre Comte du Lauriston
- Christian Drouin Poirè
Tickets are $45 (tax, tip, additional beverages not included), with tickets available online or at the door.
Regular bar/restaurant service available to those not coming for the beef!
