Last week’s Meat Hackathon, a featured event of NYC Meat Week, was a great success! As we await our butchered hog, we’re gearing up with some piggy-licious menu offerings in celebration of Eat Pig for a Week. Introducing, “Farmer’s Pork Special,” a new menu feature that every day offers a different cut of farm-raised pork sourced directly. We’ll have a nightly rotation that includes:
- Violet Hill Farm pork sausages,
- Violet Hill Farm pork chops (bone-in, lots of fat, meat-delish),
- Flying Pigs Farm pork chop,
- Flying Pigs Farm kielbasa.
Dishes served with brown butter mashed potatoes, balsamic and pork jus reduction. Come in and get piggy with us!
