While it seemed to take forever, summer is at last on the horizon as we head into Memorial Day weekend. We’ll be grilling outdoors at CookOut NYC’s Food Party on the Pier (tickets and info here), but Jimmy’s No. 43 will be open all weekend offering up cool libations, great eats (like our Best Burger), and our cool caverns for lovers of beer, cider, wine and spirits. We’ll also be hosting Plan Bee Farm Brewery on Sunday afternoon, so be sure to drop in and meet the brewer.
And if spirits are your favorite libation, be sure to grab a ticket to next Wednesday’s (6/1) Empire State Spirits of Summer with author Brad Japhe, who will be discussing the NY State spirits scene with pours from 10+ spirits paired with small plates from our kitchen.
The following Wednesday (6/8), we are very excited to be a pop-up location for Brewed Food, a collective “dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the beer and food world” who will be working with our own chef and bringing in guest chefs from Brooklyn Brewery and New Belgium for a beer and food pairing dinner that is out of this world (full menu and ticket link here).
