Bowl of ‘Zole Pozole Festival was born from an amazing community of mezcal aficionados and Mexican chefs – all excited to share the experience with our attendees. Chefs and spirits brands come to celebrate all things pozole and agave spirits. After our first successful event in Brooklyn, this event is expanding to more cities and check the links for details on the chefs, mezcals and details near you.

Brisket King NYC – April 26 2023
Since 2012, top pitmasters from the NYC Metro area and beyond go head to head, serving up some of the best beef brisket, whether traditional or unique.

Rib King NYC – May 27 2023
Join us on Saturday, May 27th for Rib King 2023. Come taste the best of metro NYC restaurants and pitmasters’ ribs and other dishes, plus top hot sauces from Sauce King NYCMakers Showcase, pickles, grilled goodies including vegetables , plus many other food products, with cash bar for spirits, craft beer, wine, hard cider and cocktails.

Pig Island NYC – Sept 9 2023

Back for our 14th year September 9, 2023! More than 20 chefs will come together at the 83-acre outdoor venue of Snug Harbor Cultural Center & Botanical Garden. Craft beer, hard cider, spirits and other offerings – all included with a general admission ticket.

Crisp fall days are perfect for celebrating cider, and on Saturday, November 12th, 2022, top cider makers will come together for CiderFeast, an afternoon of cider drinking and food tasting hosted by Jimmy Carbone of Beer Sessions Radio on Heritage Radio Network. Since 2011, CiderFeast has celebrated fall with a curated collection of 20 top hard cider brands from New York, New Jersey, New England, and abroad, including Ron Sansone’s Spoke + Spy Ciderworks, William Groe’s New Salem Cider, James Asbels’ Ciders of Spain, as well as Artifact Cid, Bear Swamp, BIrd Dog, Easthampton Cider Project, Farnum Hill, Original Sin, and many more favorites.

Celebrate NY Cider Week in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We will be kicking off Cider Week New York in style with tastings from twenty cider makers based in New York and beyond. The all-inclusive event will also feature snacks.

On Thursday, October 6th Food Karma’s most beloved fall event — CiderFeast NYC 2022 , Celebrate NY Cider Week—is back in Brooklyn, this time with an indoor and outdoor location in Bushwick Brooklyn.

Since 2011, Food Karma Events has kicked off Cider Week New York with a curated collection of 20 of the top hard cider brands from New York, New Jersey, New England, and abroad, plus wine, craft beer and spirits. The all-inclusive event also features a roster of artisanal snacks and small plates including aged country hams, local bread, cheese, grilled vegetables, and hot sauces.

This year’s list of Cider Makers (subject to changes) includes Iron Bound, Original Sin, Brooklyn Cider House, Aval, Romilly, Wöffler Estate, Angry Orchard, Wayside, Abandoned Cider, Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider, Barrika Basque Sidra, and more. This year’s event will also include Apple Vodka made from upstate apples by Drink Sauvage.

On the menu are cider-friendly tastes and small plates: Tierra Callada’s Estate Olive from Spain, with breads, conservas, and tapas; Dakota Hams’ 24 month Aged Country Ham, sliced by Master Ham NYC; Petees Pies’ Heirloom Mini Apple Pies; Moonrise Bakehouse’ Local Grain Sourdough, Cider Donuts and Bomboloni from Bruno’s Bakery Chef Joseph Settepani; Via Dora’s Natural Zen Pudding; and Vegan Grilling by Mexico City Chef David Navarro.

To keep the mood festive, there will be music, and a Cider Selfies photo booth by @hardciderguys and @ciderselfies!

CiderFeastNYC is located at 99 Scott Studios, 99 Scott Avenue, Bushwick Brooklyn.

VIP Session:
($85 + fee): Includes early admission at 5:00 PM, a Raw Bar with oysters, and an extra hour of tasting including rare New York state ciders, a guided aged country ham tasting, welcome drinks, select cheeses and first bites. Featuring a custom, 24-month aged, traditional country ham by Dakota Hams in Nancy, Kentucky sliced by Master Ham NYC, plus an heirloom apple education from Original Sin Cider’s Hudson Valley Apple Project.

General Admission:
($55 + fee) Includes the all-inclusive food and drink tasting tickets with 6:00 PM entry.

The event ends at 9pm.
